BechoBazaar is a classified platform where users connect for buying and selling products/services.
- BechoBazaar does not process any transactions between buyers and sellers.
- All cancellation, return, and refund requests must be handled directly between the buyer and seller.
- We do not guarantee or process refunds for payments made outside our platform.
Ad Boost Payment Refunds

Fees paid for ad boosting via Razorpay are generally non-refundable.

A refund is only considered in rare cases such as technical failure where the ad was not boosted, and payment was successfully deducted. In such cases, please contact support@bechobazaar.com within 48 hours of the transaction with proof.

If a user violates our platform policies after boosting, no refund will be issued even if the ad is removed/suspended.

Refunds, if eligible, are processed to the original payment method as per Razorpay’s timeline.
